DOSCADESA CONTINUES DOING RESEARCH ABOUT COLOUR STABILITY OF PAPRIKA THROUGH ITS NEW TREATMENT (PAPRINAT)

With this ambitious long-term project called PAPRINAT, Doscadesa has optimised its paprika production process, improving the stability of its carotenoids and preserving its colour characteristics during more time.

 

This way, we have achieved slowing down the natural rhythm of deterioration of carotenoids pigments, influencing in a positive way on the quality of products produced with that paprika and the perception that consumers have of them.

 

From the R&D Department of Doscadesa, we keep working to implement this treatment for the main references of our paprika line, so this added value has its reflection not just in our products but in our client’s too.
