Paprika is the product resulting from grinding dried and red peppers of the genus Capsicum. All raw materials are of good quality, and the fruits are harvested ripe and healthy.
The genus Capsicum Annuum L is a variety native of the region of Totana (Murcia), area of great international reputation for the quality of the peppers, with unique features thanks to the microclimate of the region. It's of rounded shape and has a deep red color and a special flavor. The drying of these peppers after harvest takes place under the sun, which also gives special properties to the paprika.
Moreover, following traditional custom, other fruit species and varieties, like Capsicum Longum or Cerasiforme, after harvested, is smoked slowly and carefully in traditional wood drying, thereby obtaining a high quality paprika with an intense aroma.
