It is a particularly suitable base for the production of minced meat (without salt). It has the feature of a longer shelf life thanks to the addition of sulfites, by the labeling of minced meat like Meat Burger.
This new base includes in its formulation at least 4% of cereals, thereby complying with the rules of Burger Meat labeling (based on soy and vegetable fiber).
Little dye added, just to give a slightly pinkish tone to increase the visual quality of the meat. No need to add any additional ingredients.
