Marinated Products

Pork Loin/Ribs

We have a range of brines and marinated products for the production process for these types of products.

BRINES

Blends with or without salt, especially for pork and beef, with extra antioxidants for injection or immersion before marinating.

DOSAGE

  • From 20 to 150 g per kilo of meat.

MARINADES

Blends with different spices and colour intensities, formulated to give an attractive flavour, texture and finish to brine treated products.

DOSAGE

  • From 6 to 25 g per kilo of meat.
Pork Loin/Ribs

Formulations in the Doscamix range

  • F.C. ADOBO LOMO LF1 20 g/kg
    Blend for marinating fresh pork loin, cooked pig’s ear, marinated pancetta, etc. Seasoned only with garlic. For previously nitrified and salted products.

     

  • F.C. ADOBO LOMO LF20 10 g/kg
    Blend with an optimum mix of paprika for marinating cooked and cured products.

     

  • F.C. ADOBO CINTAS LF25 25 g/kg
    Formulations with a blend of spices and paprika for marinating fresh pork loin as well as ribs, pancetta and bacon rashers.
  • F.C. LOMO INMERSIÓN SI10 150 g/kg
    Blend for brine immersion, with the necessary amount of salt, for products like marinated pork loin, ribs, etc.

     

  • F.C. SALMUERA LOMO INMERSIÓN SI16 SIN FOSFATOS 20 g/kg
    Phosphate free blend for brine immersion, intended for products like marinated pork loin, ribs, etc. Add salt separately.
