VEGETABLE FAT

Mixture of additives for the elaboration of “vegetable fats”, substituted for animal fat. Can be used for the elaboration of all types of cooked meat products with a reduced content in total fats and a low content in saturated fats, substituting in part or totally the animal fat (saturated) for vegetable fats (polyunsaturated).

ADVANTAGES

  • Forms white gels, homogenous, uniform and very stable over time.
  • Different textures.
  • Reduces the exudations of animal fat.
