FUET

We have a wide range of formulations with varying colour scales and different seasonings for this type of product.

FEATURES

  • With or without salt.
  • Colours: different colour scales; with or without colourings.
  • Typical seasoning: pepper, nutmeg, etc.
  • Manufacture of different diameters from 28 up to 40.
  • With or without allergens.

DOSAGE

  • From 30 to 70 g per kilo of meat.
Fuet

Formulations in the Doscamix Range

  • F.C. FUETIMPERIAL 70g/kg
    Blend for imperial fuet (sticks of slim, dry, cured sausage) with pepper and oregano.

     

  • F.C. FUET IMPERIAL LA60 (ESPETEC) 50 g/kg
    Blend with little colouring, for the typical Catalan Espetec sausage. With pepper only.
  • F.C. FUET IMPERIAL SIN ALÉRGENOS LA32 70 g/kg
    Blend with no allergens for imperial fuet (sticks of slim, dry, cured sausage).
