PRESERVATIVES/NITRIFIERS

Blends of additives that help to improve product shelf life and ensure the product complies with food safety.

We have ranges of preservatives and nitrifiers.

CONSERVADOR V90

Blend of lactate, acetate and citrate for all kinds of cooked products.

DOSAGE

  • From 2 to 6 g per kilo of meat.

CONSERVADOR JAMÓN COCIDO V50 MX

Blend of sorbates, lactates, citrates and acetates.

DOSAGE

  • From 2 to 5 g per kilo of meat.

CONSERVADOR PASTAS FINAS V55 MX

Blend of sorbates, lactates, citrates, acetates, BHT and BHA.

DOSAGE

  • From 2 to 5 g per kilo of meat.

NITRIFIERS

Blend of nitrates and/or nitrites with or without antioxidants.

DOSAGE

  • From 1 to 3 g per kilo of meat.
Preservatives/Nitrifiers

  • F.C. NITRIFICANTE JP52 3 g/kg
    Nitrifier especially for cooked products.
  • F.C. CONSERVADOR V90 2 g/kg
    Preservative for general use, for cooked as well as cured and fresh products. Lactate and acetate.
