DOSCAMIX

FUNCTIONAL BASES

Functional blends with coloured and non-coloured ingredients, used either to complement our formulations or as a base for sausages with other ingredients (salt, paprika, seasoning, etc.) required by the client in order to make products to their own specification.

DOSCAPLUS

Blends for all kinds of fresh products, composed of fibres and ingredients to improve yield and juiciness and to prevent reduction and shrinkage during the cooking process.

DOSAGE

  • From 10 to 40 g per kilo of meat.

CURABAS

Blends of ingredients used as a base for the manufacture of red and/or white products (chorizo, chistorra and merguez, etc.).

DOSAGE

From 10 to 30 g per kilo of meat.

Functional Bases

Formulations in the Doscamix Range

  • F.C. DOSCAPLUS BA230 (OPTIMIZADOR DE FRESCOS)
    From 5 to 40 g/kg
    Functional base used as an optimiser for fresh products, in order to increase water retention and prevent loss of juices and shrinkage of the meat product during the cooking/roasting process.

     

  • F.C. BASE BURGER MEAT Y CEREALES BA9 45 g/kg
    Salt free functional base for light coloured Burger Meat. It delivers good yield during the cooking process.

     

  • F.C. DOSCAPLUS BA240 40 gr/kg 
    Functional base for fresh chorizos with yield, delivering greater water retention and reduction of syneresis during the airing process.

     

  • F.C. CONSERVADOR LC05 3 g/kg
    Colourless preservative, high in preservatives and antioxidants. Used to prevent oxidation in fresh products like fresh sausages and burger meat.

     

  • F.C. CONSERVADOR SIN COLOR LC20 10 g/kg
    Colourless functional base with preservative effect and antioxidants for fresh sausages and burger meat. Add salt, seasoning and starches.
  • F.C. CONSERVADOR LC10 10 g/kg
    Medium coloured functional base, with preservative effect and antioxidants for fresh sausages and burger meat. Add salt, seasoning and starches.

     

  • F.C. CONSERVADOR LC33 3 g/kg
    Preservative with colour that prevents oxidation in fresh products like fresh sausages and burger meat.

     

  • F.C. CONSERVADOR LC35 5 g/kg
    Preservative with colour, fast acting to prevent deterioration and oxidation of fresh products. 

     

  • F.C. CONSERVADOR V90 2 g/kg
    Preservative with lactate and acetate, for general use with cooked, cured and fresh products.
