Clean Meat, ready to take action in the restaurant businesses
According to several sources, lab grown meat will take on the restaurant businesses in approximately 2 years.
It was a Dutch company, Mosa Meat, to launch the very first clean meat burger about 4 years ago. Despite the texture of the product, the flavour or colour still needed a few more changes.
Currently, there are other three competitors to have entered the race to produce more clean meat, to be substitute for real animal products after all the written reports about the environmental effects of the industrial animal agriculture and the rate of growing population across the globe.
This so-called Clean Meat could represent a shock to the traditional meat industry, becoming a new alternative for vegans and usual meat eaters alike.
